Sam Gude has a proven track record of leadership and innovation. Prior to founding GMG, he served as Executive Vice President and Managing Director for government and education projects of a global construction management and general contracting firm. During his 25 year construction career, he worked on a number of landmark projects, including the Centennial Olympic Stadium. Embracing a commitment to client satisfaction, Sam founded GMG on the principle that every construction challenge has a solution. Managing over 150 education, government, health-care, sports, cultural and corporate construction projects valued at more than $2 billion, Sam's effective cost monitoring and value analysis has saved clients time and money.
Sam has always made active community and civic involvement a priority. He currently serves on the board of directors of both the Fulton Education Foundation and Atlanta Technical College Foundation. In addition, he's served on the board of the Georgia Regional Transportation Authority and also chaired a number of community and charitable efforts, including the facilities committee of the Alliance Theatre Executive Board and the United Negro College Fund, Small Corporations Fundraising Division.

Lynn has more than 25 years of experience in Economic, Community and Land Development, Residential and Commercial Construction, Program Management, Project Management and Estimating. She has wide-ranging experience in Human Services, Human Resource Development and Grant Administration and has served community and governmental authorities on the local, state and federal level. Lynn's strategy for complete success involves insuring that compensation, benefits, and training and development programs attract and retain talented professionals enabling our employees to meet the current and future needs of our company and our clients.
Dr. Stephen "Steve" Salmon

Steve offers extensive leadership experience in the education sector. He spent the first five years of his professional career as a teacher and a school administrator, and the last 32 years in facility planning and program management. Steve assists educational clients at the inception of their school construction planning by developing strategic facility plans, including development of education specifications, facility surveys, fiscal analysis, curriculum planning, enrollment projections, school district and operational requirements, cash-flow analysis, conceptual budgeting and assistance in referendum strategic planning.
Thomas R. Walker

Director of Transportation and Aviation
Thomas is a proven leader in both public and private sector markets. With more than 35 years of construction program management experience, he successfully provides comprehensive solutions to challenges associated with large and complex capital improvement programs and projects. As former Commissioner of the Chicago Department of Aviation and head of the Chicago Department of Transportation, Thomas has an in depth understanding of the specific nuances related to managing a program in the transportation industry. Additionally, he has demonstrated success in managing large comprehensive programs as Executive Director of the Public Building Commission of Chicago.
David K. Scott

Director of Planning and Development
David is an architect,construction manager and program manager with more than 25 years of experience in all phases of project development from feasibility analysis to closeout. He has contributed to the successful completion of transportation projects, schools and libraries. His work on real estate development projects include large residential and commercial office developments. The diversity of his experience has enhanced his program management skills, enabling him to identify and resolve issues that impact project delivery. David shares his expertise with the community as a member of Atlanta Mayor Shirley Franklin's Zoning Review Task Force and by working with mentoring programs for high school and college students pursuing careers in architecture and engineering.
