GMG, in partnership with HNTB Corporation is playing an integral role in the Georgia Department of Transportation’s (GDOT) Major Mobility Investment Program (MMIP). MMIP is an $11B investment which includes upgrades to interstate highways, toll road, widening of highways, and a commercial lane project throughout the state of Georgia.

Scope of Services

GMG, along with its partner HNTB provides document control and mangement services for all MMIP projects. The functions include compliance with industry best practices regarding the management, storage and organization of documents, providing a repository of all program files, supporting Freedom of Information Act requests, internal communication strategies, and PMIS (Project Management Information System) software training for all MMIP employees throughout Georgia.
