National Center for Civil & Human Rights

Gude, in partnership with Cousins Properties, was chosen to provide comprehensive Program Management Services to the National Center for Civil and Human Rights for the development of their new Center. The Center will commemorate the Modern Civil Rights Movement that was centered in Atlanta and also be a place for education and dialogue on contemporary human rights issues.

Scope of Services

We have primary responsibility for a variety of functions focused on assuring the effectiveness of the project. But it was not only what they do, but how we execute that has garnered the Gude team high marks from the non-profit. Executing on the mission and vision were equally as important as the bottom line for this landmark project.

We would not have been able to break ground on this project without the team at Gude. Their team was integral in our ability to find the perfect blend of facility size relative to attendance
